• Preparation out of town delayed registration of birth, death and marriage certificates
• Prepares out of town delayed registration of birth, death and marriage certificates
• Accepts petitions for Change of first name in the COLB, corrections of clerical error in the
  Certificate of Live Birth, certificate of Marriage and certificate of death.
• Issuance of birth certificates affected by RA 9048, RA 10172, RA 9255, RA9858, Legitimation
