MANDATE
The Alaminos Public Employment Service Office (PESO) helps residents find jobs. PESO provides jobseekers with employment opportunities, and gives employers and local policy makers information on labor market trends. PESO also helps promote industrial peace and synergizes the worker-employer efforts towards economic development.

PESO as the primary department that provides full employment cycle and lifelong learning which ensures social protection for Citizens.

Alaminos is a sustainable Local Government Unit with reliable employment and livelihood opportunities for its constituents contributing to socio-economic development.
