Negosyo Center Joins Municipality of Alaminos Business One-Stop Shop
In order to extend their program to the MSME’s in Alaminos, the Department of Trade and Industry Laguna Provincial Office (DTI-Laguna) in partnership with the Local Government Unit (LGU) through its Business Counselor assigned in Negosyo Center participated in a 2-week annual Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS) activity held at the New Multi-Purpose Building of Alaminos, Jan. 8-22.
The two (2) weeks BOSS event paved way to the 70 MSME business name application were in 66 of those are new and four (4) are renewal. Moreover, Ms. Edelyn Aireen Munoz, Business Counselor assigned in the municipality, was able to assist new registered clients in registering their businesses by giving them firsthand information on the requirements in acquiring Mayors Business Permit. A list of BIR Application Requirements was also shared to them.
Furthermore, NC Alaminos was also able to register three (3) New Business Establishments as a Barangay Micro Business Enterprise (BMBE).
As a result, clients who satisfactorily meet their needs have some notable comments during the Business One-Stop Shop. Some of them were grateful of the services of DTI as they brought the program closer to the constituents of Alaminos through its Negosyo Center. Adding to that, they also mentioned that it is a big help for their convenience as they no longer need to go to the DTI Provincial Office in Victoria, Laguna to register their respective Business Names.
